How can you, as my coach, help me?
Precision Sports Coaching will motivate athletes of all levels to achieve their goals. Want to run your first 5K? Or hoping to qualify for Boston? Thinking of entering the sport of triathlon? Or needing guidance to qualify for Kona? Precision Sports Coaching has the tools, knowledge and motivation to help you reach your goal.
What qualifies you to coach me?
Sam Reenders is a Level 1 USAT Triathlon coach and has 16 years of experience in multisport competition. Amy Griffith is also a level 1 USAT Triathlon coach and a life-long runner with 21 years experience in triathlon. Both Sam and Amy have a passion for the sporting lifestyle and have spent countless hours studying, reading, and learning about techniques to improve performance. In addition, Sam and Amy are licensed Physical Therapists with 31 years of combined experience.
How else can you help me?
We also offer racing strategy, mental preparation and nutrition advice throughout your training cycles.
What are my responsibilities as the coachee?
Your responsibility is to follow your plan as closely as possible and provide workout information to your coach in a timely manner.
Do I need to buy any special equipment?
We highly recommend a GPS device equipped with a heart rate monitor for both running and cycling.
