Meet Our Coaches

Symantha Reenders and Amy Griffith have been pounding the pavement together for years training for marathons and triathlons. They've also worked side-by-side as physical therapist at one of the largest hospitals in Atlanta.  Their passion for training along with their life-long commitment to returning people to their best physical condition led them to launch Precision Sports Coaching in 2012.

Both have received USAT Level 1 Triathlon Coaching Certification and RRCA Run Coaching Certification. Their unique combination of coaching and physical therapy knowledge gives them distinct advantage in the coaching marketplace. Their thorough knowledge of anatomy and physiology is leveraged when creating custom training programs for athletes to help them achieve maximum results without injury.
